- Two Paleo Protein Brownies (note: you'll need one brownie per shooter glass) - warmed.
- 1 batch dairy-free coconut whipped cream - from Lexi's clean kitchen
- Fruit of choice, we like berries in this (and like to muddle some, too, to make them soft and compote-like)
- Garnish: coconut flakes, chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, cherries
- Place 1/2 a brownie in the bottom of your shooter glass
- Place whipped cream in a plastic bag and snip off a corner
- Lightly squeeze whipped cream into glass
- Add fruit of choice
- Add the other 1/2 of the brownies
- Top with whipped cream and garnish
