Mini Paleo Sundaes

If you like our paleo protein brownies, you're going to love making them into perfectly decadent after-dinner deserts with this awesome recipe, which we've customized straight from the kitchen of one of our very favorite gluten free food bloggers, Lexi!

 

Ingredients (to make 2):

  1. Two Paleo Protein Brownies  (note: you'll need one brownie per shooter glass) - warmed.
  2. 1 batch dairy-free coconut whipped cream - from Lexi's clean kitchen
  3. Fruit of choice, we like berries in this (and like to muddle some, too, to make them soft and compote-like)
  4. Garnish: coconut flakes, chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, cherries

Assemble

  1. Place 1/2 a brownie in the bottom of your shooter glass
  2. Place whipped cream in a plastic bag and snip off a corner
  3. Lightly squeeze whipped cream into glass
  4. Add fruit of choice
  5.  Add the other 1/2 of the brownies
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish
